The Initial Consultation

During your free initial consultation, you’ll meet face-to-face with one of the lawyers. We welcome you to visit our office for the first consultation, but we’re also happy to meet at your home, the hospital, or at another location at a convenient time for you. Let us know what you prefer, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our team will visit and represent you anywhere in Pennsylvania.

Filing the Lawsuit

When you’ve decided to file suit against the negligent parties who harmed you or your loved one, our legal team will take care of filing the necessary paperwork in the appropriate court.

In the official document, called the complaint, we will name the negligent parties we are holding accountable for the accident – whether that’s the truck driver and the trucking company and/or someone else. Once we file your lawsuit, those parties will be notified that we aim to may them pay for their carelessness.

After the lawsuit is filed, we will begin discovery, or the period of time in which we investigate and obtain information critical to building the case. Subpoenas and other requests enforced by the court will help us gather this information. Read more about discovery here.

Our lawyers are committed to obtaining the most compensation possible for every client. We work closely with the other side to obtain a substantial settlement on your behalf. However, rest assured that if the defendant tries to give you less than you deserve, we are prepared and highly qualified to take the case to court and successfully represent your interests.
